Esting’s Bellychon is the brainchild of entrepreneur Rolly Antonio.
In September 20, 2014, he started experimenting with his version of lechon and excitedly served his dish during a family gathering. “It was good but lacked in flavour, so the recipe was perfected by mom Perla Antonio,” he admits.
It was not long after when Rolly posted on social media for orders of the first flavor - Cebu Chon - to come rolling in. He now offers a variety of flavours like Chilli Chon and Bringhe Chon - bellychon stuffed with green rice, carrots and egg.
